We are looking to appoint an inspirational Headteacher to join our passionate and hardworking team at Elements Academy, based in Rotherham, supporting young people with a range of social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs. 

We are seeking a leader with drive, clarity and moral purpose. Someone who will set ambitious standards for staff and pupils. Someone who has the strategic grip, professional credibility and personal warmth to create a thriving school community. You will build strong relationships, raise achievement, secure excellent teaching and ensure pupils have a rich, positive school experience.

You will work closely with the CEO, Trust Executive Team and Board of Trustees to deliver our shared vision. You will lead school improvement with precision and pace. You will champion strong safeguarding practice and promote a culture where pupils feel safe, respected and valued.
